WoW WotLK questing question?

Hey fellow WoW players, im currently working on getting the achievement for loremater of northrend. I have 15 quests missing in grizzly hills and the only one i have left is the final Drakuru quest in drak'tharon heep. Is there a quest chain leading from Howling Fjord that leads into Grizzly hills? I have not done any quests in Howling.
Or do i need to turn on my low level quest tracker and continue to fly around grizzly hills like a moron.

There is a drop down menu at thottbot's homepage.
Go to achievments>Quests>Loremaster of Northrend
and there will be some quest lines you might have missed.
