Some years ago, I began playing WoW and I struggled to make gold in the world of Azeroth. To make more gold, I searched many of forums and blogs but I did not found anything that worked for me.

Luckily, I found the Gold Secrets Guide world of warcraft written by Luke Brown. This Gold Secrets Guide has a lot of gold making hints and tips. Best of all, it is very simple to fallow and there is no matter what level or skill you play WoW.

From the outset of the Gold Secrets Guide, Luke jumps straight in with tip after tip that will allow you to easily build up a massive collection of gold making strategies all the way through to the Burning Crusade as well as in the latest version, Wrath of the Lich King. Build WOTLK Gold Farming, Best WOTLK Leveling Guide

If you have made it to the frozen lands of Northrend in the latest expansion of Wrath of the Lich king, you have probably noticed that life battling the Scourge can be a little on the expensive side. Everything, it would seem, cost quite a bit of gold, compared to other zones. So it's a good idea to review some of the fundamentals of gold farming in wotlk.

Gold farming in Wrath of the Lich King doesn't differ that greatly from other Blizzard expansions, except that players new to the zone can't use their flying mounts until they buy 'Cold Weather Flying' at level 77 at a cost of 1000 gold. Even then, many players struggle to farm this amount of gold and without a flying mount their gold farming strategies are limited to regions reached over ground.

A WOTLK gold farming tip that I always mention on my blog is to make sure that all your professions are maxed out before entering WOTLK . This is important if you're to take advantage of the Lich King gold making opportunities from both Gathering and Crafting professions available only after you reach Grand Master status (level 350). You'll also find it useful to have both Cooking and Fishing at Grand Master level to take advantage of the many cooking quests available in Dalaran.

You'll need to have reached at least level 350 in any of the above professions before training can begin. Below this level, you won't be able to loot any of the new ores, herbs or fauna in Northrend. Lower level mats, as found in Azeroth and Outlands, are not to be found here.

Gather Cloth

In the course of your travels through Northrend, you'll encounter many types of humanoid, many of whom can be looted for cloth. The new cloth in Northrend is Frostweave and is in great demand for First Aid and many of the crafts at Grand Master level. A stack of Frostweave cloth will earn you much gold in the Auction House.

Unlike the professions, the gathering of cloth requires no experience and can be achieved at any character level, providing you survive the encounter. Tailors have an advantage, though, via their ability to scavenge, which gives them a better chance to loot additional cloth.

Skinning For Profit

The one thing that will strike you when you first enter Northrend is the large number of game animals available for skinning and looting. Zones abundant in game are the Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord and Grizzly Hills. Skinning will make you a ton of gold by providing Borean Leather and Artic Fur.

If you are not a skinner, then looting game will provide you will some of the new meats in much demand by the cooks of Northrend. Be sure to collect Chilled Meat and Chunk o' Mammoth early on in the game to turn a quick profit.
