What are WoW arena points based on?

are they based on team rating or personal, cause ive heard they are based on team but your personal has to be within 150.

The arena points are based on a number of things. You have the rank that helps and determines the different ranks of teams you fight and the higher the rank, the more harder the team fight could be. But ultimately, I know some teams that have horrible rankings, but as long as you do 10 games a week, you still get points, whether you win or lose, but winning you will get more.

Best WoW PvP set without Arena?

I'm about to reach 80 and have been PvPing for a while and have a lot of honor. I was wondering what the best PvP set is and whether I can get it at the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar.

I do not remember if you can buy Wrathful Gladiator with just honor points or not, if you cannot; however, then Relentless is the best, then Furious.
