How much money is considered "a lot" in World of Warcraft?

I've never played World of Warcraft, but I know of a few sites where you can buy the virtual currency in exchange for real money, and it's giving me some ideas. Essentially I need to get a bunch of people to do something online. This task takes at least 15 minutes and up to half an hour. I'm thinking I could offer WoW players gold in exchange for doing it for me. What I'm asking is how much would make someone say "whoa, count me in!" How much WoW gold would be considered "a lot" for 15 minutes to half an hour of someone's time?

(As a miner) If your a level 85 or 80 for that matter, and you spend at least an hour circling Twilight Highlands you can make 5000 gold...I've made 35,000g easily, shooting for 100,000g by the end of the month because that's when the prices on the Auction House will decline.
