Frozen Halls Wow

every time i log on to my wow toon my screen turns black and than it freezes up? How can i fix this?

i die at hall of stone and now im a ghost. this only happens to my pally, when i log onto my other characters my screen doesnt turn or black or freezes.

There is obviously a problem in the program. Something must have been skipped when you downloaded it (if u downloaded it). Try reinstalling it, repairing, or troubleshooting the program. If this is a Internet Virtual World (not downloaded) then i cant help you XD
