Highest Gear Score Wow

World of Warcraft??????????

I finally got to lvl 85 in wow and idk how to get armor. I know in wotLK we gathered up emblems and got armor that way but now idk how to get it. I can't run heroics cuz my armor isn't high enough so were do I get armor to even start? And how do I get pvp gear? I went to old town and checked it out and there a bunch of fancy point idk how to get were do we spend honor points? And I know it used to be when the gear score was 320 on armor it was normal and 370+ was really good what is it now? Is like 420 the best you can get?

Do regularly difficulty dungeons for better gear. And do battlegrounds for pvp gear......
