I would like to help out some children's charities in my business, which ones are the most in need.?

I am opening a Children's hair salon and will be a participant in Locks of Love and Wigs for Kids, where we will give free haircuts to those who donate. We would also like to have information and/or donation box for other causes as well. Is there anyone out there who is looking for new or additional sponsers. Everyone in our area donates to Children's Miracle Network, which I'm sure we will too, but we'd like to be unique and find something that really
wow's ppl when they see we'd like to help.

The social service department in your area should offer a mentor program for underprivelaged youth, children in foster care or abuse cases. If they don't....start one. I can't tell you what a difference the little things make in their lives. Things we take for granted. You could either contribute time or making care packages. And if that's the case, you can collect items that you would take on a 3 day trip (toothpaste, pajamas, hairbrush, maybe a journal, teddy bear, anything that may bring comfort, etc.) Then distribute them to the fire department, police department and social service department to give to children in need. I know it seems like a miniscule thing to do, but honey, you have no idea how much this means to a child who has just lost everything.

Did anyone else get a divorce for xmas?

My 'wife' told me she wanted a divorce on Xmas. Wow. I guess I never saw that one coming. I mean, I ordered her a nice gift online and even put a bow on it Xmas eve. When I came-to Xmas afternoon she had this nice Xmas lunch all made and even had me some presents ready to open so I went and splashed some water on my face, got the box set of Girls Gone Wild out of the closet where I hid it and handed it to her and wished her a merry Xmas. When she finally came out of the bedroom where she had been locked in and crying for over two hours she had a armload of my clothes (which she promptly tossed out the back door) and told me to get out and don't come back and the divorce papers would be in the mail as fast as humanly possible. WTH? I guess that sneaky woman had this planned all month. So I was wondering if anybody else got a present like I did (or does anyone else have troubles like I do)?

This is a good thing. You now get to keep the collector set of GGW and you no longer have to deal with that nutjob. I told ya she was gonna turn crazy after ya got married it happens everytime. I swear rings make a woman change. Must be some sort of nerve in the finger that gets triggered when a woman puts a ring on.
