In WoW(world of warcraft) I wanna know which i should use, like a shield and a weapon? i got Aegis of Angelic Fortune for shield and Archon's Gavel for weapon. Ive noticed that when i use the weapon it hits like over 200, and its really slow for killing people. The weapons fast, but theres not much strength in it. Should i Use a 2 hand weapon, so its more stronger? and if so which one? and whats the best paladin armour set for me?

If you're a Holy Paladin then you should consentrate on choosing a weapon that helps with your mana regen and spirit/intel/stam and not so much on how much damage it does...the only reason you should ever need to do damage is if the entire raid has wiped and you're the only one left alive tryint to survive. If you are speced holy and trying to lvl, I suggest you respec to Ret to help you lvl faster and then once you hit the lvl cap, go back to holy to work on heals!!!!!

I just got level 80 on my blood elf paladin last night. Now I'm wondering what do I do o.o. I leveled as fast as I could and pretty much missed learning about the game so I'm probably one of the noobiest 80's there are. I've been queue'ing in heroic dungeons to get emblems but here are some things I was wondering.

Whats all this about reputation? Should I get a tabard for dungeons and what's the point of getting exalted with places?

Should I become a retribution, holy, or protection paladin? I like healing but I like to be good in PvP and I heard retribution is terrible even though that is what I leveled with from 10-80.

What gear should I be getting? I heard about PvP gear and PvE gear why don't they just have one set? My friend told me to get the armor in Dalaran which I heard is PvP gear, should I be getting that or going for the PvE gear?

First off, I recommend going to forums.worldofwarcraft.com and asking the same question in the Paladin forums. These guys will give you great answers extremely fast.

Now, to manage your paladin here are some primary stats you need to look out for (PVE):
Holy: Intellect, Spell Power, Critical Strike (for healing, obviously)
Prot: Defense, Stamina, Dodge, and Parry (These primary stats have changed and will continue to change in the future during patch releases. Focus FIRST on getting Defense capped, then go for Stamina. Your defense cap will depend on what you're planning to do, ie. Heroics or Raids) This is your tanking spec and can speed up your queue time when doing a random dungeon.
Ret: Strength, Hit Rating, Expertise (for DPS)

Since I have zero interest in PVP, I have not researched it. But you can get both PVE & PVP gear at the badge vendor in Dalaran. There are also tier gear vendors just outside of the Trial of the Crusader instance (located at the north end of Northrend between Storm Peaks and Icecrown).

The reason they have two sets for PVE & PVP is that they want you to spend more time playing the game and get better gear. Every now and then they introduce a new "PVP Season" and offer better PVP gear, so that you'll spend more time playing and so on and so forth.
