Is this a good holy paladin build?

I don't know if its any good at all just threw it together, tell me what I should change or if it sucks please suggest a good build. TY

w.o.w...........level 70-80 questing?

Character/level: human paladin level 60
Current location: hellfire peninsula

Well i'm 71 and I quest in Northrend however that requires Wrath of the Lich King. You get there from Stormwind harbor farthest pier. And you can quest there straight up to lvl 80. If you don't have have WotLK then go to outland that where i did it.The portal there is in the Blasted Lands.
