Priest Leveling

WoW-leveling a priest?

Im trying to level a priest with my cousin (who is leveling a mage), and she seems to do good damage, so should what spec should i be leveling as?

I suggest you level with your cousin as a Discipline priest.

My reasons are simple..

1. Disc. priests are capable of both good healing and burst damage. Also, since your cousin is going to be a mage he already claims the dps role out of both of you.
The Disc priests talents also make your bubble, and your fort. spells more powerful and effective. Which can be very handy for both of you especially when you start to reach the outlands and northrend with their endless group quests which require you to take out elites. So efficient burst damage and healing is more of a trade than just pure dps or pure healing.

2. Pvp is more fun as well due to the higher survivability rate that disc has over the other two classes. Also mages are kings of AoE's which bring in big mobs, so there is where your Improved bubble talent can come in great handy. Also at 60 you get penance, which is your bread and butter to your top healing and burst combo.

Pure dps won't be needed. Pure healing won't be needed.
His dps will always out match yours
And healing spec is more for dungeons and raids in my opinion.

So Disc is the best combo spec to go with while leveling with your cousin.

Leveling a Troll Priest tips?

yeah my first troll and priest and i want to lvl him quickly, so what are some good tips?

you can take on about 2 things so do that
and fight things that are higher lv and
or just fight alot
