Can a disc priest in wow do enough damage to level through quests and do damage in dungeons?

How do I get quests on the Skybreaker in WoW?

I have heard the skybreaker is the best source for daily quests but i dont know if theres a quest chain i need to do or what, because no matter what i do, i cant get the quests on the skybreaker, please if anyone knows the quest chain put a link and tell me anything would be helpful, just really want to do the dailys
I am lvl 80, i actually got that quest, turned it in and nothing happened

You may need to be lev 78 if u are not, and I think U get the quest chain from some dude by the flight path in dalaran, but U didn't hear that from me cuz I never played that game cuz I am just too cool.

edit- ok well, the quests should all be in blue, and can only be done once a day, there are also dailies at the shadow vault, but it's been a year or so...things can change.
