WoW Screen Settings!!!?
How come whenever I play WoW the settings are default even though I change them, hit apply, and then ok. I want it to automatically be on fair detail, a different resolution, and in windowed mode when I start the game up. I've tried changing these settings in the "log in screen", but for some reason they keep resetting to default. How can I have my screen settings saved?
How would I go about running WoW as administrator?
Sounds like you're on Vista. Try running WOW as administrator. Check http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com for more info. I've seen this pop up many times under the tech support forums.

GTX 470 is roughly 270$ -- I'm not if this is more than i need.
GTX 460 TOP is roughly 140$ -- It comes overcloked i think and it's spec are really good.
I'm am buying these for gaming. I play pretty much all games. SC2, WoW, Black Ops, Rift, etc. I want to be able to play these games at high-ultra settings. The rest of my rig consists of 1.8Ghz quad-core processor, 4Gb of ddr3 ram, Vista 64x bit, dont worry about the psu because im getting a 650w, I will be playing at 1440x900 resolution. I know video card's arnt everything so if could save some money by getting the cheaper one i could get a better 100$ processor; which would be a 3.4Ghz quad core amd for about 109$. Please help me, best answer 10 points!

Definitely go for the new CPU & 460 GTX. A 470 GTX would be bottlenecked by your 1.8 ghz quad anyways
