WoW account disabled?

Hi , I arrived yesterday from school and i tried to log in my account , and what appeared was: your account has been disabled for 3 hours.
I didn't know what happened so i waited , and waited. after 2 hours i was able to log in. An hour later i get disconnected. When i try to log in it says that my account has been temporarily disabled! I don't know whats happening. I checked my email and there was a message from blizzard saying that i need to give them information such as :
account name
the classic wow cd key( not the expansions)
secret question and answer
address
etc

to verify account information. the email was from wowaccountrevieweu@blizzard.com

I send them that and now i'm waiting and waiting and waiting for an answer! I didn't do anything. i just level and talk to people in my guild

Call up the customer service rep listed on their main page and talk to them in person or email from the official page.

Otherwise 3 hour bans are the result of swearing, racism etc for a first offence.

Hi. My name's Steve, and I've been playing World of Warcraft since 2005. I've always wanted to become the best in my guild, in my raid, in BG and arena PvP. A year or so ago I learned the secret that was the reason why some people were able to do just a lot better than others -- and it had nothing to do with gear or how long they've been playing. In fact, I learned that gear comes from the exploitation of this secret: Keybindings.

What are Keybindings?

Simply said, a WoW keybinding is a shortcut to use an ability. You likely already use some keybindings -- for example you have a keybinding to move forward (W) and you probably press 1, 2 , 3 to use your attacks. The key to the best keybinds is to have the most useful abilities bound. Now, here comes the main secret: You can assign keybindings to button like Q, E , R , F , T , Z , X , C , V ... and you can assign them to modifiers with shift and ctrl. You need to place them around where your hand rests. Most people move with W A S D so you want to put keys like 1 2 3 4 q e r z x c v f . I play a warlock, so I will tell you where I put my keys.

I put 1 as shadowbolt, 2 as Immolate, 3 as incinerate, 4 as death coil, 5 as Shadowburn, Q as conflagurate, E as chaos bolt, F as fear, Z as teleport, R as spell lock , shift F as howl of terror, X as shadowfury, C as life tap, Shift Q as put portal down.
