Will i still have new races if i dont buy cataclysm on Wow?

I was watchin the trailer for cataclysm, and i was wondering if u could still have the classes such as the worgen and goblin for use even if you dont buy it

Nope. Just like you couldn't roll a Blood Elf or Draenei without first buying and upgrading to Burning Crusade, and just like you weren't able to roll a Death Knight without Wrath of the Lich King, you will not be able to roll a worgen or goblin without Cataclysm. The only thing you will be able to experience in Cataclysm without buying the expansion would be the remade old continents (Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms). And then there are still zones you will not be able to enter (goblin and worgen starting areas, for example).

"Will I need the expansion to be able to experience the Cataclysm changes?"

"When the Cataclysm occurs, it will occur for all players, whether they have purchased the expansion or not--you will no longer be to play in the original version of Kalimdor or the Eastern Kingdoms. However, certain features such as the new zones, new races, and new level cap will only be accessible to players who purchase the expansion."

when did deathwing come?

i saw in the cataclysm trailer for WoW it said deathwing returned when did he first appear?

He was featured in the expansion set of WarCraft 2. You get to control him in one level in the orc campaign, and kill him in one level in the human campaign.
