whats the best type of healer for dungeons in world of warcraft?

druid priest or shamen for the best healer in a dungeon i think its druid because of all the HoT but im not sure any ideas?

I say Druid just for the fact that they can hott up the raid, or the party, while healing the tank with nourish. Druids Hots can heal the party while, he spams nourish to heal the tank.

I have a lvl 19 human and i was wondering where i can get a dungeon quest.
I have good armor by the way, my armor is 1471.

YOu can go into Deadmines.. i think your a bit low but you can go into Wailing Cavern.. You can also enter stockades but there like 22+
