world of warcraft profession: Enchanting?

I was just wondering if it possible for me to make a new lvl 1 and have him learn enchanting to disenchant my green loot that is lvl 60-70... Or do i have to lvl up my enchanting before i can disenchant those?

Pre 2.0 patch, this was one of the best moneymakers in the game. Give a banking alt enchanting and some seed money, let them farm the AH for items they could buy for less than the resale value of their DE components.

Unfortunately for those profiting off of this arrangement, Blizzard changed the rules for disenchanting. The numbers that you really care about are 225 and 275. 225 is what is required to DE Outland greens up to level 64, 275 is required to DE Outland greens 65 and up. There are also higher requirements to DE Outland purples and blues.

Hitting these levels of enchanting with an alt will require some serious donations of money and low level items to DE for material to level with from a "benefactor." Getting Enchanting trained above 225 requires a trip to Uldaman (40ish level instance) or a port/summon to Shattrath.

You can still make a decent profit farming the AH for DE bait, but not so much as in the past. On my server the big ticket items are mid 50's-60 Azeroth items, since they typically drop from mobs/instances that are being ignored in favor of leveling in Outlands. The reduced availability means that prices for the DE components have skyrocketed.

All world of warcraft players profession question?

I want to be in smithing and leather working. But i accidentally did skinning and enchanting. Is there a way to get out of enchanting?

Yeah goto your personal info icon and click skills or whatever where it shows your proffeciency in weapons and stuff it'll have skinning and enchanting and there is a little icon next to it to delete the skill.
