In Wow, I can make frostweave bandages, where do I go to learn the heavy ones?

Im a leval 64, with first aid almost maxed

You get the formula for the heavy frostweave bandage from wotlk dungeons, I got mine from Drak'tharon keep, normal.

I haven't played WoW in a while tho, they might have added it to the Grand Master First Aid Trainers, but I doubt it.
