Does the Wow login screen change when you upgrade the game?

I have the original Wow and I was wondering If i upgraded to The burning crusade would the annoying login screen with the dragon go away and go back to the dark portal looking onto the hellfire peninsula?

yes it changes no it doesnt go back
the dragon is part of the lich king

i have tbc and its stil the same dragon

Can you play WoW The Burning Crusade on dial up? Like go to Outlands and quest in like Hellfire Peninsula?

Anyone know? Please help!
