Skinning

Though skinning can be quite dull for most players, it is actually one of the surest and most efficient ways to make to make huge profits quickly.

 

Skinning is very effective because you can complete it during the course of your travels without having to visit or return to any zone. You can skin as you kill regular mobs.

A good guide will show where to concentrate your skinning efforts. For example, One of the best place to skin in the lower levels is Stranglethorn vale because of the high amount of hunting quest being performed here.

Nagrand is also a very popular to skin because there are lots of mobs out here and they respawn regularly.

You can also skin the kills of other players who are not skinners, this makes for ripe and easy pickings.

The trick is in being in the right place, at the right time and for the right amount of time.

 

Herbalism

Herbalism is an interesting profession that is highly profitable but it can be it can hard to master because of the numbers and randomness of node locations

 

While the lower level node are usually easy to find and farm, they are really not going to make you a fortune, the higher level nodes are what you really need because they have really profitable herbs like black lotuses, dream foil and so on but they are hard to find especially when someone else is already in the area.

 

There really isn't any specific place to harvest herbs but at the higher levels, it is much easier in Outland because you can harvest the mobs themselves.

A very good guide will provide you with all lots of useful tips on having a profitable herbalism profession.

 

 

Gold Farming

Gold mining at whatever level is one that requires a bit of guidance, that is why you will find a lot of guides on this out there.

 

You will of course start mining with copper and though it is the most basic metal out there, it can bring you modest profits. You get about 2 – 3 gold for the ore and 4 gold or more for copper bars, so before you reach level 10, you can sell your stock for about 15 – 20 gold.

 

That is alright but for real money, you will want to strive for the upper level ores, even though you will find fewer nodes as you progress, there are plenty of them in the early levels.

The major goal is to maximise your mining skill as early as possible and you can also invest about 25 gold into smelting your way to skill level 150 or more.

 

Because nodes are randomised between a few preset locations, the trick is in knowing where to go in specific zones for nodes. A good gold guide will give a series of map to help you find the nodes.

Some good places to look for nodes are the lower levels are Stranglethorn Vale in the lower levels, followed by Burning Steppes and Un'Goro Crater and in Outland in Nagrand and later Netherstorm.

The Cataclysm which gives World of Warcraft's latest expansion its title is changing not only the geography of Azeroth, but the way that talents, classes, and other crucial in-game elements work, too. The Cataclysm is a way for the designers to revamp the pre-Outland leveling experience. Besides adding Goblins (the Horde race, with their capitol of Undermine) and the Worgen (the Alliance race, based in Gilneas), many zones have been partly or completely changed. The changes are sometimes minor, such as the completion of the bridge over Lake Everstill in Redridge, or major, like the sundering of the Barrens or the flooding of Darkshore.

Quest hubs have been changed, and it is now possible to proceed through the 1-60 content by more than one path, making it possible to level multiple characters without needing to see the same quests over and over again. Your character can also travel all parts of the world, including the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, on a flying mount.

Talent trees have been rearranged and simplified, and when you spec into a talent at level 10, you now receive an active and several passive abilities that will make your character feel like their spec from level 10 onwards. Tanks will feel like tanks, healers will feel like healers, and the whole experience of leveling as various specs will be different.

There are new race and class combinations, guild advancement (letting you level up your guild and access special items that are then available to all guild members), a new level cap at 85, and, of course, tons of high-level zones and new raid content!
