WoW PvP Cataclysm glyphs for palladin and mage?

I am wondering between those 2 glyphs for:
Retribution Paladin
-Glyph of Exorsicm - place a dot that deals 20% BASE exorsicm damage
-Glyph of Crusader Strike - increase dmg by 5%
Frost Mage
-Glyph of Cone of Cold - increase dmg by 20%
-Glyph of Ice Lance - increase dmg by 5%

PvP wise which will deal most dmg?
PvE wise?
Please do not add other glyphs into the math, i am wondering only about those. Thank you.

For PvP i would suggest Exorsicm (pali) and Ice lance (mage)
For PvE i say Crusader Strike (pali) Ice Lance (Mage)

Most likely the glyphs will do dmg because the PvP encounters dont last too long, As for PvE, you should have to use Cone of Cold so the Strike and Ice Lance will be better
