Wow Shaman Macros Totems

World of Warcraft Shaman totem casting?

I play wow but I do not know how to cast multiple totems simultaneously is it a macro or something I hate clicking on each totem one at a time especially in PvP

these are the macros i used for totem casting until blizz introduced the call of the elements/ancestors/whatever.
