In WOW, if a Warrior improves Rend using a talent, does the improvement apply regardless of stance?

There are several abilities that can be used in multiple stances. If I spend talent points on those, are they improved in all stances or should I just pick the stance I'll use most and neglect the others completely.

You generally won't be swapping stances too much. Swapping will be mostly situational. So I would focus on one stance the most and pick talents that benefit what you're trying to do.

If you can use a talented ability in all stances, then the talent will be reflected in all stances. If you talent into an ability that is only available in one, you won't see any benefit unless you are in that stance using that ability.
